EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get a message saying : Connection to server lost, (or something like that), when I try to redeem my points for tickets, and the reason I said or something like that, is because I uninstalled it the 3rd or 4th time of trying to "connect to the game server". Congratulations Dave and Busters, you just lost yourself a customer and all the money I was willing to pay towards credits for games. I hope that the developers of this game SEE MY TROUBLES.

It's frustrating because the past 3 weeks when I try to redeem tickets I get an error message stating the game isn't connecting to the server, and when I try emailing support I don't get a response.
