Example: 91-day loan with interest rate of 12%, and principal amount is 10000, total payment is ₱10799.17(10000*12%/365*91+10000+500).
Monthly interest ₱100.00=10000*12%/12.
Monthly repayment ₱10100.00=10000*12%/12+10000
