This app aims to help the world, but unknowingly this also aims to help the environment and the people. Just by keeping plastic and cans, you're helping the environment also yourself financially. Very bad experience. I didn't recommend this application. I made a request from 15 March until now, and no one has come and picked up the items, unprofessional application, and customer service 👎

I contacted Big Scrappers months ago to pick up recyclable materials (plastic, etc.), but they never showed up despite multiple follow-ups. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Complete waste of time—do not recommend it

They are the WORST. Their way of handling the customer is so disgusting and disrespectful. They make you think it's your mistake that their instructions are unclear. I don't like that there is no all money thing its only either all points or half, which is not helpful at all. Even after collecting scraps for months all what you get at the end is a very decent amount of money. I'm very upset with my experience with them.
