This place is great. Carbon-neutral fast food is something I have come to expect from Victoria. Local, tasty and creative. It's why I moved here. And compared to a big Mac combo you're basically paying $8 more for a way bigger, better burger and fries .without the fountain pop though but big deal. You can get a kid's fries for a bit less than I can never finish the reg order of fries unless I am with a friend we will just split the fries. Either way, this is as guilt free as fast food gets!!

The app never accepts my card despite calling my bank to allow it. So my workaround is to send myself an e gift card to my email, because that platform seems to work with my card. Then I can load the gift card into the app and order delivery. Unfortunately, there's no way to combine the remaining balances of gift cards, or to use a remaining balance and pay the rest with another, etc. whatever gift card I'm using, I can only use if the full amount of the order is covered. Very inconvenient tbh.

Interface is clunky and doesn't let you go back. I've had to close the app repeatedly to get back to the menu. Orders in cart have been cleared and lost while using the app. Burgers are good but the app sucks.

App never opens in the restaurant. I have tried to open to collect the points in two locations on my android and have not been able to. I have even tried to save the QR code to use in the restaurant, and it can't be read.
