Installed this new app. Got all the way through to the checkout. Wanted to change my mind and leave a bigger tip, and it crashed, and took everything out of my cart. Went through and placed my order again. This time I clicked the correct tip amount, and proceeded to the checkout. I put in all of my credit card information, and the wheel just kept spinning and then emptied my cart and showed that I had no order. Been trying to order with this new app for about 45 minutes, and have given up.

This app does not allow me to use the loyalty or gift balance upon checkout unless it covers the entire order. The previous app allowed more than one payment method. Why?

I downloaded this app because I was told from the staff that it's the only way to collect reward points. But the app generated member number does not work on the kiosks. It keeps saying that the card doesn't exist. The app seems useless (besides collecting your personal info). You're better off using the website or ordering in-person
