Takes longer to scan each item while shopping, and it's harder to pack bags with care. Self check out is more efficient. Plus of the 3 times I've used this app, I've been "randomly" selected for a clerk check which then takes time. They don't ever randomly check self check out. So why check express check out?

The app recently won't let me shut off noise. Every time I scan a barcode it stops my music for 2 to 3 seconds. The sound button in app will not shut off.

Newest update overrides your phone's sound settings and plays a loud beep every time you scan something. They also disabled the mute button within the app. The only way to silence now is to put your ringtone on silent. This app should be using the settings for MEDIA sounds not RINGTONE.
