Most unprofessional. I had given a grocery order and without delivery made they have closed the order with remarks successfully delivered. I have tried to contact them on their customer care number so many times but no one pick up the phone. My experience is totally waste of time.

They lure you into their customer base with gimmicks that are merely one time. When they approached me last month, they didn't clarify that the 25% discount on orders above Rupees 1000 is just one-time. They were also sly and deceitful by omitting the fact that this discount is not applicable if your cart list contains certain I such as sugar etc. Their app is awful in terms of user experience and the interface, and they have no delivery timings. They'll nonchalantly disregard your timing request
