Delivery is convenient with flexible date/time. App is easy to use. Some items show available but end up out of stock; appreciate advance calls. Refunds are unclear—I haven’t received mine after almost a month (paid via GCash). Suggest QR codes for Solane and fuel be in-app, not on fading receipts. Overall good, but needs better stock accuracy, refunds, and features

I thought maybe more items would show up using app vs browser. Nope. The 1-star rating is both for the app & the store. I searched multiple items we've purchased from Landers before & all were out of stock. Other times items were shown in stock but after ordering they're reported as out. Landers Cebu is the worst store ever for restocking. We were considering renewing our membership but not worth it. App is extremely slow & search is pitiful, showing wrong items. Uninstalled, AGAIN!

There is something wrong with the photo capture. I am trying to activate the digital card. It asks for a selfie photo. Even when it says that the photo was captured successfully. It goes back to the need photo for activation and add photo
