Payment is sent through them 24hrs after service provided to Stripe. It then takes stripe 48hrs to send you the payment. Also, taking part of the providers gratuity to keep the app running is not a good trend to see. The customer service for providers is also very short and not accommodating at all. Also, they accept massaging on a bed which most providers I know are very uncomfortable with.

It would be helpful to get a response to issues with clients from the administrators on Big Toes app. As a therapist it's important to know they are actually interested in our feedback when encountering odd or problematic situations. It's a legit app. They let you know right away if a client cancels or chooses another provider. They let you know if a client's card fails then they will cancel it if they have reached out and the client has provided no alternate payment method. They look out for you so you won't get taken advantage, and it's an easy process plus set up. You have to leave a review of how the session was and the more you confirm appointments, the more they send your way. They have called me and spoke with me.

Legit??? I barely signed up, no verification. I didn't give banking information. I receive requests way out of my area, that happen in two hours. I don't think so

Horrible app. Signed up hoping to get some new clients and even let my current clients booked online through it, but I have clients telling me that they can't even sign up on the customer app and then whenever people were trying to look me up they can't find me because it keeps telling them there's not enough providers in the area? So no one can't book even with me even if they looked in my location? This is ridiculous. don't bother.

They steal tips from you. don't use this company clients will add tip after the session and you won't receive that money. They just lie to you. Be careful working for this company
