It's a very well organized platform that gives a lot of information in the salon operation like the dashboard, performance review, detailed sales review, staff performance and booking, occupancy rate, marketing and client review, pre- and post-service form fill-ups used in Rossi Beauty Center LLC to track integrated with Client Complaint form for quality investigation and many more. Don't use this booking platform. Once free, now lots of hidden costs. A ridiculous 20% of sales for first time customers booking through their marketplace. Plus a monthly fee to use it, plus costs for texts! I chose to shut it down and asked them to remove my bank account. This hasn't been done, and they are still taking fees out of my account. It's very hard to contact them to make changes. Extremely unethical, money grabbing booking platform. DO NOT USE.

When I first joined up fresh it was called schedule, and I joined up because it says it's free forever. But that's not the case. When I had the online booking on my link, they were charging 20% off. My clients who book online then. I cancelled the online booking for them to now. Charge a monthly fee of a heftt $45. A month and if you want any extras, you have to keep paying more. This is absolutely disgusting at the pricing. Highway robbery they would definitely lose a lot of loyal customers

I was afraid once they said they will start charging fees that this app is going to be just grabbing money of businesses and that is exactly what is happening! You've said that your charge is going to be 20% for a new client that comes from the platform but the fees you wonna charge are over that, and you are also charging for clients that come from Google search not you platform! Absolutely disgusted with this!
