When I first joined up fresh it was called schedule, and I joined up because it says it's free forever. But that's not the case. When I had the online booking on my link, they were charging 20% off. My clients who book online then. I cancelled the online booking for them to now. Charge a monthly fee of a heftt $45. A month and if you want any extras, you have to keep paying more. This is absolutely disgusting at the pricing. Highway robbery they would definitely lose a lot of loyal customers

I am happy to pay for services I receive but the system in place for evaluating the 20% new fresh client fee is inaccurate and has not been fixed for some time. I do not understand why I cannot remove myself from being on the Fresh marketplace while keeping my direct booking link. I will be searching for an alternative booking system.
