This is the fraud app that charges extra payment gateway charges from the customer which is 1.5 % of amount of recharge the online customer service is also fraud taking with customer just like they inappropriate way don't register and install the app such bad experience done with this application *FRAUD APPLICATION looting customer money*

The electricity charges are extremely high — they’re charging ₹14 per unit, while the actual per-unit cost is much lower. This feels like a scam in collaboration with the PG owner, who is probably getting a share from it. Such practices are exploitative and unacceptable. Pathetic app — I’m going to file a complaint with consumer care for cheating and overcharging common people.

Worst app ever the electricity unit rate is maximum 8-10 rs per unit, but they're charging 19 rs per unit from us, worst service ever

Just know that if you see this meter in your PG you're going to be paying hefty for your current usage and their customer support sucks. I have been stranded without electricity for 30 minutes despite paying. STRONGLY wouldn't recommend.

Please fix your UI interface of payment via UPI. Not able to view while typing UPI ID. And sometimes the screen just stuck. There is no notification getting triggered if Recharge is low or expired.
