My main method of moving around the city. Bike infra is lacking, but these guys are not to blame. They do their best to place bikes around the city. Moreover, repairs and replacements are done

The entire city was a red (no-parking zone). Meaning you can rent it, but you can't finish it without paying a fine! And application doesn't tell you which zone is which by clicking on it (like every single rival does)!

Do not use this app or their services. When I was trying to rent a bike for the first time it asked me to top up my account because bikes require at least 20 UAH to be rented. They provide you with either 4 options to pay (100 UAH min) or buy a subscription which is 44 UAH min. So I bought this subscription and surprise, it still requiers me to top up my account. This is the pure scam, stay away from these scoundrels.

Bikenow used to be my favorite scooter service in Kyiv, but I feel like it has deteriorated significantly. On the software side of things, the app is extremely buggy. One time, I couldn't finish my ride because the app couldn't open even after reloading the phone. I had to reinstall it, and my support ticket was ignored. The scooters need maintenance. Sometimes, after renting one, you'll find out that the engine doesn't work. It happened to me like 4 times. Try alternatives.
