★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately for me, none of the modes provided anything like it says it does. I've played the Morphine one multiple times when I've had headaches, it made no difference. The power nap one, I was awake through it all despite listening with headphones. I find the tones helpful for blocking out background noise, and thus does help me get to sleep. But that's basically the equivalent of wearing ear plugs. I really wanted this to work, but I'm afraid none of them had any effect as advertised.
