Notifications don't show and when I do happen to take a photo on time the app doesn't show me one from another user, just a black box.

I don't understand why I'm not getting the notification in time. I get it, and then by the time I have opened the app to take the photo it's too late. I literally have it in my hands! It's like the notification is delayed by 45 seconds.

Doesn't sound every day and when I do get to see other peoples images it looks as though they are able to take many photos one after the other. But most times I don't get to see anyone else's shots. I would also prefer not to have my specific location shown to other users.
