Binnen Skipper is your digital companion on five Bavarian lakes: Chiemsee, Lake Starnberg, Ammersee, Tegernsee and Großer Brombachsee. Made by sailors for real life on the water – prepared separately for every lake, clear and easy to use.
“Chiemsee Skipper” is now “Binnen Skipper”: the app is free of charge, and your Chiemsee stays exactly as it was – with all trips and settings. If you bought the app before, please write to us via the feedback form in the app — we will unlock Pro for you.

ABOUT THE LOGBOOK, SO THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING Everything is recorded and kept, without any limit. Without Pro you can open the three most recent trips; older ones stay visible in the list, with date, distance and duration, and carry a lock. The app never deletes trips by itself.
SEVEN DAYS OF PRO TO TRY Once per device you can try the full feature set for a week – without payment details. It ends by itself, there is nothing to cancel.

Recent changes: New: departure times at the steamer piers, clubs and partners on the chart, the restricted zones on the Tegernsee and the official storm-warning lights on the Ammersee. Better: the anchor alarm no longer goes off without reason. Water level and temperature show a trend, photos can be added when saving a place, voucher codes can be redeemed. The wind arrow now points where the wind comes from. Also new: anonymous usage statistics — off until you switch them on.
