★★★★★ I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and using the app for the Biol ite Fire Pit. The fire pit connects via Bluetooth through the app. So far it works perfectly or as intended.

★★★★★ The app crashes as soon as I try to pair it with the Base Lantern. UPDATE. I reached customer service & they said to do the following. It worked, so I'm no longer disappointed with the lantern. 1. Unpair your phone & lantern in Bluetooth settings + delete the app. 2. Reset the lantern: connect the lantern to a working power source & press the small reset button on the bottom (press hard). Charge lantern for 6 hours. 3. Re-download the app + re-pair the lantern.

★★☆☆☆ My base lantern stopped working, it has been discontinued. No other lanterns/lights connect to this app. It used to be a great app that controls lights. I could plug the string of lights into the base light and control the brightness of lights with the app. Now it's just a good, at best app to control a fire pit, but that's it.

★★☆☆☆ Can't get connected to Fire pit+. App acts as it can scan. Can see it in Bluetooth settings but requires app to connect via BTLE.

★★☆☆☆ Do you see these reviews, biol ite? The problems are as bad for my unit as others here have suggested. Connectivity is annoying, having to turn on the device at just the right second to connect, while ignoring the phones "pairing" prompt entirely. There is zero rationale to demand location, and for that reason I will return this, unless it is removed. But the worst part is the broken battery meter, swinging wildly from 6 min to 24/40/66hr to >100hr (impossible), in mere seconds?!? It is useless.
