Other languages on the videos would be nice specially since this is a local atraction that is famous and important worldwide, other than that I think the app execution and integration with the visit is very good. P.S. I see people had issues with the app, worked perfectly fine for me on an Oneplus 9pro and for my dad on an Oneplus 8t, both on android 11

This app gives you the choice of video and written text for your self-guided tour of the Biosphere 2. The videos didn't work well on my friend's older phone, but were just fine on my Samsung Zflip3.

Same price for a self-guided tour? I wanted to like it, but the tour was a waste. If I wanted to stare at an app the whole time, I could've stayed home for free.

Garbage. $25 for a self guided tour with an app that doesn't work. Struggled on 2 different phones for over an hour just to get half of each video to play.

Despite downloading all material before starting, the videos were constantly halting midway through and could not continue. Even the text is inaccurate - see exhibit 110, Orchard, where the same text paragraphs appear twice. For a unique facility, the app could be far better designed and more functional.
