I install it, but an error appears, and I can’t use it. The error says: “If this error still appears, reset your phone to factory settings.” My phone is not rooted. I ran a Play Protect scan and no harmful apps were detected, but I still can’t use this application. I should also mention that I was able to use this app on the same device until about a month ago. I’m not sure whether this issue started after internal system app updates or after an update to the Burbank application.
