I would give 0 stars if I could. I am always having problems with them holding money or processing checks and taking forever for them to go in. They don't care if you have bills pending or overdraft. Bad service, all I hear is there is nothing we can do about it.

I'm very frustrated with this app, this new version doesn't allow me to log on, ask me to change my password. However, when I try to don't recognized my information. There is no assistance on the phone, or text.

Why do they keep my overdraft protection on? I don't want it. I keep telling them to turn it off, but they won't. They just want those delicious fees. I don't want to pay them. I ask them to turn it off on my account. They say okay, I check later, and guess what? It's still on. I hate this stupid bank and their worthless app. I'd change bank, but I have a stupid loan with these fools and clowns
