Been trying to set this up, having to set my modem to 2.4ghz and everything, still won't connect. Will update my feedback soon as I either give up setting or figure it out. Bottom line, i don't expect the average mum/dad to figure this out as i don't consider myself technologically challenged.

App is really glitchy. Frequently closes or fails to open. The physical device is good but without decent app support it's pretty disappointing. App had seeds for purchase which are not on website, but you can't add them to cart-with no explanation (I'm not sure if they are sold out/not yet available, or it's just another error)

App never works. Impossible to connect to internet. Makes trying to use the birde a nightmare. Wish I checked this before buying a birde player.
