ALEX is the Man to set up ur IRA acc. I had an IRA ar franklin templeton and want to transfer into Bitcoin IRA. Franklin wanted me to fill out an 8-page transfer form and send it in. A 2-3 week process at least. Alex made a 3 way call to Franklin Templeton and had them except his paper work and transfer liquidated assets to my acc. with Bitcoin IRA. Changed from 4 stars. User interface is not good. Trades do not happen right away, take hours to clear. Portfolio does not have links to trade. Cannot choose to trade in dollars or units/ coins. I may move my account, Robinhood much easier to use, immediate trades. Looking for alternatives.

Just opened an account, and the app is driving me crazy. Have to resend it's before it works. It happens every time I log in. Also, I have set biometrics, but the app isn't showing me the option at login. Settings are set up for biometrics, but it just doesn't work. I will give it a month, but if it still doesn't improve... I will go elsewhere.

Sessions timeout is too short with no way to extend it. Have to log in almost every time I return to use the app. I left Schwab because of this. At least extend the timeout session to 10 minutes.
