After 2 months of continually purchasing bitcoin swan has DELETED my account due to a single returned payment. They are withholding my money from me for 60 days stating, "Swan holds funds for 60 days to make sure that we can financially cover any bank reversals or chargebacks. If we receive a chargeback from your bank we have to sell the bitcoin to finance it." Ridiculous statement as I only have 2k this is a distrustful platform. Do not invest unless you've never made a mistake in your life.

This is terrible to have to wait 5 days to sale off your bitcoin waiting for a fraud Zoom call as the coin is going down at the customers cost. They tie up you money because they don't want you to leave. Super bad company
