Trying to withdraw my bitcoin, they suddenly freeze my account without notice. I have attempted to contact them, and they say 4 business days, it has been longer than 4 business days, and they have not gotten back to me. #isthisarugpull?

After 2 months of continually purchasing bitcoin swan has DELETED my account due to a single returned payment. They are withholding my money from me for 60 days stating, "Swan holds funds for 60 days to make sure that we can financially cover any bank reversals or chargebacks. If we receive a chargeback from your bank we have to sell the bitcoin to finance it." Ridiculous statement as I only have 2k this is a distrustful platform. Do not invest unless you've never made a mistake in your life.
