Great product I'm a daily commuter and rely on bitlock every day. No major issues, moto x 1st gen has known bt issues which is why sometimes it takes up to 60 seconds to unlock or lock.. But most of the time it works within 10 seconds. Love not having keys!

Too many permissions I don't see why this thing needs to see my bookmarks to unlock a Bluetooth lock. Did not install. Please reduce the permissions required

manual unlock not working anymore just blinking randomly, really frustrating. besides the handling of the lock is rather lackluster and the build quality of the attachment is poor

Stopped working The lock doesnt work at all now. Had to carry my bike home. Yet another kickstarter fail tbh. Could u help me update the lock or whatever you're telling the rest with the same issues

Does not work in "offline" mode even with my own lock, which makes for a terrible UX. My bike is stored in a basement and I constantly have to go back up to surface level and get a connection before unlocking. Load times at app open are long, and lock/unlock effectiveness varies drastically with no discernible pattern. It will just refuse to lock or unlock sometimes without explanation. I've tried everything I can think of to isolate the behavior, changing which button I push on the lock, and for how long. I can't reproduce failures reliably so I can't determine root cause. Length of ownership: >1yr. These issues have always persisted even with app updates.
