This company is either very slow or is a SCAM. I purchased an item on May 11, on May 16 I reached out to customer support asking for an update on my order since it has been a while and I have heard nothing. On May 21 they finally replied saying that dont have stock in hand and asked me I would like to get a used item or wait while they get a new one in stocks. I chose to wait. It is now September and despite reaching out 3 times during this time I have heard NOTHING from this company.
