The KYC (identification) requirements is not their fault, they're obliged by the regulators! The best place for buying BTC safely and for good prices. Remember if you buy larger amounts, you get a better price! They truly care about BTC and have brought multiple lawsuits against the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) for requiring stupid things, like making a screenshot of your wallet and denying the possibility to send directly to other adresses like an exchange. Fortunately they won that case :)
