I love this Bitwala wallet. The download time is second to none. I recommend it for your use all the time. One great feature it has, is its security feature which prevents hackers from logging in -into your crypto account. Its user-friendly interface is what I approve for all sundry. The taste of the pod is in its eating. Download it now and. Start using. Aside that, it has 2FA which is optional compared to other wallet which is a story for another day. Kudos to the developers 👏

Very silly verifying process, they will get all your personal data, control your phone, and the verification person is unprofessional, inpatient, with such kind of team don't think the project will have future. Uninstalled immediately.

Easy the worst crypto/banking app I have ever used. After months of trying to get my bitcoin out of the interest account and contacting customer services, they still haven't resolved the issue

I can no longer access my account. A few weeks ago it was working, but as of yesterday when I log in there is a message "Invalid recaptcha token". This has coincided with an email saying "Nuri is closing down due to insolvency". So I cannot access my funds anymore and no way to contact Nuri support? This is terrible! --- Update: I can now access my account.

After verifying correctly I made a deposit to my personal BTC wallet. The Dep. Never arrived and after emailing support I was told that there were "compliance" issues and that the DEP. Was refunded. Only the Deposit was returned to a random BTC account which is not mine. At the moment the funds are still missing and Bitwala is not accepting any responsibility. I have never seen such bad support from any Cryptocurrency exchange. Needless to say I strongly advice anyone to use this Bitwala platform
