Android App does not work It is a BETA version and nobody tells you that. It overwrites your files if they are signed as favourites with the old version stored offline in your smartphone. Though you can recall the actual version from historic datastore this is unaceptable. The windows version works perfectly.

Great IF....! Good points: This app synchronises your phone pictures and videos and music onto their cloud and also onto your desktop PC, which is great if you want it to. Bad points: It also does this if you don't want it to. I changed phone and it insisted on synchronising everything from the previous phone, but into one folder, not the original monthly folders, so that was an 8 GB download. It tried to do this over my phone data first, then succeeded silently over my home wifi broadband. And I pay for going over my broadband limit..... A month later, I added one new folder and it suddenly decided that it had to synchronise my music with my PC, too. That would be another 4.3GB and at that point, I uninstalled from my phone. It's just not customisable enough at present. Not a mature product, it's like it was written by someone who doesn't use it, or lets the app make decisions. Oddly, I also uninstalled Bix from my PC, but I can still get at everything in my cloud drive.

Very disappointing Bix only allows their way to sync photos and videos. Their way means putting all photos and videos into monthly foldes named " ". Sorting is right out the window here. Next, the actual imagenames are not kept but are renamed based on the timestamp of the file. The image filename is not used for anything. Good luck finding the same image on both phone and pc/web. Next to impossible. It is also not possible to "Sync any folders and files" as I tried to sync my DCIM folder but that was not allowed by Bix. It should read "Sync any folders and files except the DCIM folder". Syncing the DCIM folder is the most important folder to sync yet Bix is not able to do so.
