it's good for backing up, but the notifications are really crazy. it's an all or nothing. I don't need to be notified when a back was successful each and every time I take a new photo. I just want to be notified if there are errors! I use IDrive on my personal computer... notifications are much better there.

Competitive Price I had a storage issue which I couldn't solve (system backing up all movies on phone) - but idrive support was good. After a few support exchanges, I was able to solve the problem.

Used to work very well. Now it constantly crashes and doesn't work in the background. I frequently have to open the app and backup manually. Not sure what will happen when I have to restore anything to my phone, but I don't have high hopes. Will likely have to look for a new paid service.

It stops backing up for no reason. It stopped once again. I will change when my contract ends. It stopped working again. I am not renewing.

Hopefully they fix the app, so I can change my rating, but I haven't been able to use the app for many months now. I enter my credentials, and then a Captcha window appears with the spinning circle saying "validating", and it returns to the login screen without ever proceeding. Since mostly what I subscribed for was to keep my gallery backed up, I'm not getting what I paid for and will have to look for another solution if it isn't fixed soon. (I am able to log in on my computer though).
