Great app, but a few UI improvements would make it even better. The app works really well and all the core features are smooth and reliable. However, I have a few suggestions: Please add a proper Dark Mode. Most modern apps support it, and it would be much more comfortable to use at night. The UI could be polished a bit more. Some screens still feel inconsistent and could look cleaner. It would be amazing if the design took inspiration from Google Wallet—with a more modern, minimal, smo

Worst app! Buys subscription auto and when I cancelled it no money back. When I chat with ava for help then he said bkash doesn't have any options for auto subscription buy. So who bought the subscription????? And the subscription is bought at midnight.

I recently discovered that my bKash NPSB service has been suspended without any prior notice or clear explanation. When I contacted customer support, they only mentioned that it was due to "Bangladesh Bank monitoring" but couldn't specify which transaction or policy triggered the suspension. Since NPSB is a more affordable alternative to cash out, the lack of transparency is frustrating and raises questions about why customers lose access to this lower-cost service without being given a reason.

People are moving forward every day, and the use of QR codes is increasing everywhere. Yet you are moving backward. Disabling the QR code for my bKash personal number feels like going back to the Stone Age. It's honestly disappointing and embarrassing.
