Very functional app. Could be a lot more user-friendly and need fewer clicks to do things. Examples: 1) Open straight to fingerprint reader. 2) Show account balance on dashboard page. 3) Declutter menus.

Again, needs to re-register, most awful app ever... Totally unreliable. It works 1-2 weeks then suddenly it won't function and the registration process begins a new.

Login doesn't work, app often stuck, and it's overly complicated. Considering switching to a different bank to finally be able to transfer money without issues...

Frustrating app and new e-Banking website. Installation was easy, but: 1. System doesn't allow changing the date of bills once they were approved for payment. 2. System doesn't recognize QR bills and suggests to contact the biller. 3. Cannot transfer money between own accounts within BKB on non-working day. 4. Cannot scroll between pages at payment overview. Overall app and e-Banking page organized in an overcomplicated manner. I wonder if BKB tests it with real users... Please work on it!
