Trainings great, lots of choice. Dec update fixed display problem with Android TV box re filter for classes. Update Jan 2023 seemed to have created new issues but re-connect to rebooted router/cleaned up box data/reinstalled app. Run fine since. Seems needs a bit of regular maintenance to keep running smoothly! Best it's been with Tacx Neo trainer, but mileage still not sent to Strata so -1 star! Reply 25/1/23 "This feature is not yet available, we hope to be able to sync that data in the future."

I'd been using the BKOOL cycling app for a while before discovering the Fitness app and suspected it would be an additional subscription but, no ... all included in the same monthly fee as the cycling app! I first tested it on a Saturday morning to see if it worked and ended up doing a 45-min class in my slippers and jammies :-) Initial versions required manual gear changes even on my Tacx Vortex Smart to keep the power & cadence meters in the green zone but no big deal. Recent update includes an option for auto resistance on a smart trainer and it's a game changer ... works brilliantly! New classes appear to being added all the time ... only dodgy element is the soundtrack sometimes ;-) A great app on its own but bundled with the cycling app they are superb value on the current monthly sub ... please don't do what your competitor did though and rocket the price!

Classes look well done from the little I have seen but as a Tacx Neo owner, who used this when the classes were part of the Simulator (ran it on a PC/laptop with Ant+ interface), I will not be subscribing to use this until it is properly sorted out. App is not connecting to my trainer properly. I used to be able to get stable heart rate/power/cadence - now it seems to be hit & miss with usually only one of those being found at any one log on. Tried i-pad & Android phone both Bluetooth LE capable. 1st would require expensive Ant+ extras to test fully the other was Ant+ capable but just wouldn't connect the three items above at the same time. Resistance was consequently terrible. Sometimes too heavy & often non-existent! Afraid this is not progress. I wanted to exercise not fiddle with electronics & do research & development for Bkool. EDIT: To rub salt in the wound after struggling for hours with this - after previous communication failed to mention a very important fact - I get the following from Bkool support: Hi Mick, "Thanks for your message. The Fitness app is only compatible with Bkool trainers so far, we are really sorry. Cannot control third-party trainers" BE AWARE!
