Love this app and its features! There are so many workouts and plans that you can't get bored. I also love how you can listen to your own music. The app wasn't expensive, especially compared to others, but it is well worth the money.

There is absolutely no way this is for beginners, you who have made this app haven't taken into consideration people who haven't excerpted in a long time or for people trying to lose weight, you haven't taken these things into consideration especially when it comes to standing up a cycling, standing up for a full minute for someone like me can be a bit daunting at the best of times, but standing up for a full minute then getting a short rest then straight into standing up again is tough

I read the creator say there are 3 free workouts, but I can't find them. I just want a free app for indoor stationary bikes. The only thing free in this app seems to be an extremely short tutorial video that isn't much of a workout.
