Great app, no issues setting up, no issues so far with connecting to the treadmill. Speed can be easily adjusted when in use. I like the walking tours but wish they were all free to use as paying a subscription for this can be expensive on a tight budget!! I sometimes put my tablet and play walking tours via YouTube free instead, such a shame.

Hi Fit Show Team, I really enjoy using the Fit Show app! However, I wanted to report an issue with the pause function. When I pause my training session, the app successfully pauses the Bluetooth-connected treadmill, but the app itself continues to run and track time. It would be great if pausing the session stopped both the treadmill and the app timer simultaneously so the workout data stays accurate. Thanks for the great app, and I hope this can be fixed in a future update!

The app stopped working about a week ago, just says 'Request failed : Null' upon app launch, and it will no longer connect to my treadmill. Multiple cache clears and app reinstallation haven't solved the issue. Tried using the in-app help page, and I'm greeted with 'Request failed : Null' so perhaps leaving this comment will be a way to get in touch with Torture customer services.

Update 03/07 - training programs still don't load, yesterday I had something called virtual run where I could pick somewhere to run ei a beach and that option wasn't there this morning - disappointed as I Paycor this app but can't use half the stuff recently update the app as if today went to use it and now none of the training programs load I just get a spinning circle not great as use the treadmill daily

Please, is anyone having a problem with calorie calculation? How did 30 minutes of walking on a B40 My Hi treadmill burn only 10 calories? More importantly, my treadmill showed 100 calories on the board when I was exercising, but only 10 calories in the app. What's the problem? Please help. Update 9 May: Hey, is 10 times smaller the original setup of this app? I saw my B40 treadmill records the right number of calories, but on the app, it's the wrong number.
