Hi Fit Show Team, I really enjoy using the Fit Show app! However, I wanted to report an issue with the pause function. When I pause my training session, the app successfully pauses the Bluetooth-connected treadmill, but the app itself continues to run and track time. It would be great if pausing the session stopped both the treadmill and the app timer simultaneously so the workout data stays accurate. Thanks for the great app, and I hope this can be fixed in a future update!

The app does not register the time correctly recently. Earlier it used to register time even when the app was running in the background. Currently, it just randomly notes a time and does not register the whole time used. There is no back button, when I want to access other apps every time, I have to exit and next time it starts the session again. 10/04: The app has stopped syncing data with Google fit or strata. Also, it automatically stops the timer and does not sync in app itself.

The app would be great if there wasn't a premium subscription for additional content. I spend nearly $400 on a product (not even a top end product by this company) and can't utilize more than a few workouts and scenic routes. I'm frustrated with everything being a subscription, especially regarding this app and product, while being a beginner runner. It's just discouraging and disappointing. At least let us have all the scenic routes, if not all the beginner workouts, too.

Please, is anyone having a problem with calorie calculation? How did 30 minutes of walking on a B40 My Hi treadmill burn only 10 calories? More importantly, my treadmill showed 100 calories on the board when I was exercising, but only 10 calories in the app. What's the problem? Please help. Update 9 May: Hey, is 10 times smaller the original setup of this app? I saw my B40 treadmill records the right number of calories, but on the app, it's the wrong number.
