Compete against the computer in this classic trick-taking game. Bid competitively for the chance to declare trump. Take tricks with pointers to reach your bid or you’ll get set!
Play with two widely different rule sets (Kentucky Discard or Western Wyoming) or create your own set of rules to play with any of these options that can be on or off: • Include 1's worth 15 points • Low/high/10.5 Blackbird card • Remove the Blackbird card • Allow Blackbird card to be played anytime • Winning bidder leads the first trick • Red 1 worth 30 points • Adjustable game winning score • Bonus for taking most tricks • and more!

Best rook game u can choose ur own rules there r a couple of issues... you are playing all bots whoever developed the game made ur partner play 4 the other team by pulling trumps 4 them and not holding trumps 2 the end

Used to play Rook with friends and family - this game version (with some of my own rules) is as close to how we played! Love it! I love that there is the option for adding your own twists and character names. Yes, sometimes the AI plays a "stupid" move (like playing a 14 (second-highest point card) on the opponent's 1 (Highest point excluding the Rook/BlackBird) even when the next turn they play a non-point card in the same color). But I thoroughly enjoy the game 😁. FYI- I like playing offline.

It feels like its set up to cheat. It's you, a partner that doesn't know what the rules are, and the opponents. It's obvious that the opponents know each other's cards. It's like playing against an opponent that has half the deck to choose from. It became so frustrating. I love a good challenge, and I absolutely don't feel like I HAVE to win, but I want a chance to play fairly. Could have been great. Edit. The AI knows when you are out of Trumps, and what their "partner" has in their hand.

It's difficult to slow the speed of the deal down enough to read cards played. Especially the last card.

Partner plays terribly. Throwing the blackbird on opponents 1, when he has other trump cards. No one would do this is real play. Never, ever throwing a point to me on an opponent's loser card... only terrible players do this. The opponent's coding seems quality... partner's coding is maddening.
