I created an account and then tried to connect my rewards' card but then never receive the email and says failed to validate please log out and log back in and then when I log I'm it says that the login failed.

Stopped to see about buying tires. Whated half an hour for them to answer the phone. Called customer service complained about no answer, informed them explained disability, needed someone to come out and get the tire size as I didn't know it. I didn't expect to have put on yesterday but would have made an appointment. A tech came out finally and said they didn't have time to put them on they were very busy. He didn't even get me reply, he just turned and walked away. Very poor customer service.

App needs more user control or options. Specifically, why is there no delete option at the toolbar at the bottom of the app? I need a way to clean up your app. It will not let me delete the rewards offers. I have 57 in 8 days. Same with notifications, 58 in 8 days. TOO MANY. No settings on notifications? No delete all? I can delete notifications individually. I want to keep the app clean, and if It's difficult to do that I will just delete the app.

Like all the other apps when I am done with it, and I push back on my phone it should go away, but this one will not let me exit, and I don't like that. I don't like that every time I try to buy something lately it takes me to a place that says oops, oops something went wrong And then tells me to call customer service and then customer service says they don't know why it would do that But customer service helps me through to get what I need because they are so very helpful you're so very helpful
