At its core, BlakeCalc is powered by the MathJS engine — delivering accurate, real-time evaluation of complex mathematical expressions with up to 10 significant digits of precision. Whether you're solving a quick arithmetic problem or working through advanced symbolic computations, BlakeCalc handles it effortlessly.

Scientific Calculator
Access over 120 built-in functions spanning trigonometry (sin, cos, tan and their inverses), hyperbolic functions, logarithms (log₁₀, ln, and arbitrary base), powers, roots, factorials, permutations (nPr), combinations (nCr), modulo, floor, ceil, round, and much more. Switch between Degrees, Radians, and Gradians at any time.

Complex Numbers
BlakeCalc handles the full complex plane. Evaluate expressions involving imaginary numbers and extract real parts Re(), imaginary parts Im(), the argument arg(), and the conjugate conj() — all formatted cleanly as a+bi.

Matrix Operations
Enter matrices of any dimension using the built-in matrix editor. Compute determinants, inverses, transposes, dot products, cross products, and eigenvalues — making BlakeCalc an indispensable tool for linear algebra.

Calculus Tools
Perform numerical differentiation using the central difference method (h = 1×10⁻⁷) and definite integration using Simpson's Rule with 10,000 subdivisions — delivering high-accuracy results for virtually any continuous function.

Freeform Whiteboard
Switch instantly to a full SVG-powered drawing canvas. Sketch equations, annotate diagrams, and work through problems visually. Choose from 12 pen colors, four stroke widths, a precision eraser, and undo — all in the same app, no switching required.
Number Base Modes
Seamlessly toggle between Decimal, Hexadecimal, Binary, and Octal modes — essential for programmers, computer scientists, and electrical engineers.

DMS Angle Support
Input angles in native Degrees-Minutes-Seconds notation (e.g. 27°30′45″) and BlakeCalc automatically converts to decimal degrees before evaluation. Convert freely between DMS, decimal degrees, radians, and gradians.

Tap to instantly insert over 40 mathematical and physical constants including π, ℯ, φ (golden ratio), Planck's constant ℏ, the speed of light c, gravitational constant G, Boltzmann constant k_B, and many more.
