I must admit to being somewhat skeptical about having to use an app to get info and control what is in effect a tap! Albeit a pretty sophisticated one, but I'm now a convert. It's amazing what it monitors and what it can control. I can even set how fizzy I want my sparkling water to be! It's pretty easy to navigate your way around too. I've only given it 4* because for some unknown reason the app keeps crashing. Otherwise, brilliant!

Doesn't work. Unable to connect after entering code. It did work previously but after a couple of months the machine always stops connecting, I repowered it l, reset the connection and also reset the app. Now I cannot add it back. The service section in the app is useless because I have no connected device to choose from ...

Wi-Fi setup does not work. Update: I've tried the unit to connect with a different Wi-Fi hotspot, in this case a mobile hotspot from my smartphone, which did work. So my assumption is that this issue is related to the password length. My mobile hotspot has only a few characters but my actual router has > 30 characters. I have also tried the iOS app, and it doesn't work as well. This is a real bummer because I can't simply change the password of my Wi-Fi.

App fails to connect CHOICE.ALL unit via Bluetooth. Hence, no option to seek help with app except via email contact. Email sent.
