HE Connect Softeners • Monitor your system performance to know your softener is always working. • Manage your salt level & record salt additions so you always have soft water. • Bypass your softener to avoid using treated water on certain activities (like watering your lawn). • Set “Away Monitor” to be notified of any unexpected water flow while you’re away from home.

Good way to monitor your daily usage of water. I'm still learning about what's available to view. I have seen a Mulligan TV Commercial about how to monitor your water while you're away from home. I'm not sure where this alert is at? Otherwise, it's a good system for your home.

It doesn't work at all. Doesn't track water usage. Reads 0 Gal since the system was installed now going on day 3. Leak detection doesn't work. No alerts.

Nice app in theory. Doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Bypass option through the app consistently fails to work. I have it set to give me all notifications. I get none. Doesn't show regeneration history beyond the last one, so you can't track it easily or see if it's overworking. Can't manually stop or delay a regeneration. Gives some nice usage data, but conveniently leaves out how many gallons it uses when it regenerates.

Garbage app, just plain garbage. Maybe the worst app I've ever used. The features of this app never work. The water usage doesn't update, the water flow rate doesn't show and the bypass constantly fails to change. The smart features of the water softener are useless if the app doesn't work. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Beyond frustrated with Mulligan.
