Good way to monitor your daily usage of water. I'm still learning about what's available to view. I have seen a Mulligan TV Commercial about how to monitor your water while you're away from home. I'm not sure where this alert is at? Otherwise, it's a good system for your home.

I like it for the most part the only things this app really needs is to automatically adjust salt levels when I add and to let me know when the last regen was done or if it needs it.

App won't work for me. The Wi-Fi is connected on my water softener, but none of the water usage data will load on the app. I tried manually updating the salt levels and the app buffers and nothing happens. I emailed customer service a week ago and got no response. Disappointed we spent the extra money getting a smart water softener.

Garbage app, just plain garbage. Maybe the worst app I've ever used. The features of this app never work. The water usage doesn't update, the water flow rate doesn't show, and the bypass constantly fails to change. The smart features of the water softener are useless if the app doesn't work. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Beyond frustrated with Mulligan.
