Not only does this app let me know how much salt I have by %, but it is based on usage to give me days until it will be depleted, and that outside of being able to adjust the setting in the unit too. Great job 👏

Worthless. Eco Water technicians are not familiar with how to configure or connect a device and "add a new connection" doesn't work. In addition, the support phone number and support email listed are inoperable. Phone doesn't ring/connect and email bounces back as undeliverable. An extremely poor start if this is the replacement to the Eco Water app that has a 1.8-star rating.

Good: It shows information about the device. Bad: The system does not reconnect to the Wi-Fi for over a day when it goes out, even if the Wi-Fi is only out for a couple of minutes. All other devices in my home are connected to the Wi-Fi but this remains offline for at least 24 hours. And the app does not provide a way to force it to connect. The contact information cannot be selected to copy and paste or clicked on to open the appropriate app to proceed with contacting support.
