I bought the EZ salt 2.0 unit and inadvertently connected it to my 5G network. The installation guide clearly says that the system needs to connected to a 2G network and does not function on 5G. I reached out to customer support for a way to reconfigure the settings, and they promptly sent me a link for step-by-step instructions on how to factory rest the EZ salt 2.0 system. I reprogrammed the unit to the correct 2G network and the unit immediately began reporting. GREAT SYSTEM, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
