I have POTS so instead of using this to make sure I don't eat too much salt, I set 3,500 mg as my maximum salt intake, but it's actually my minimum. I should actually probably be eating more than that (anywhere from 4000 to 10000 mg) but either way, it works great! It's really nice to be able to keep track of my salt intake. This is the best app I could find for what I'm trying to use it for. Def recommend.

I started using Sodium Tracker but then found MyDashDiet which is free and offers more features. My rating is in comparison to MyDashDiet. I did find that Sodium Tracker worked as designed but just didn’t compare well in terms of features.

Horrible! Words overlapped and covered other words, signed up for premium but never could search a database, I had to enter the sodium amount for every food that I entered. The app should look up the sodium level for the food I entered. I'm in IT and I would fire the person who designed this. So basic you might as well use Excel.

Not easy to use. Can only do 5 entries. Then have to delete them to add more.
