I really love this app! I'm still pretty new to the gym so a lot of the exercises I don't feel because I'm not doing them correctly however, this app has videos inside the app that help you. On top of that, I love how the app doesn't force you to pay. A lot of the other apps I've tried out for, you only get like 3 free workouts, and then you have to pay however, with this app, you get a free amount per week, and you get to choose your workout days which is nice.

This app has a great UI however some common exercises aren't there by default, also almost every important feature such as backup are behind a pay wall.
