★★★★★ So this is what being stress-free is like? I feel like I've been living a lie. All my life I thought stress is a made-up word for people who can't cope. Boy, was I wrong?! I didn't know I was so stressed until I tried them. I wish I'd had the buzzies 5 years ago, before my wrinkles started creeping up out of nowhere. Also, I'm not the only one who's impressed. My daughter's gifted. I gave her the buzzies to hold for a few seconds and chose the 'Calm' setting. I didn't tell her what they're about. All she said was 'Mummy, it works.' Will be trying this with everyone I know. It's just extraordinary. Pairing's not perfect, but the device itself is fantastic. The presets are very helpful, also. Fine app, fine product.

★★★★★ After reading the reviews of others having problems connecting their Touchpoints to the app I was a little worried but, luckily, I didn't have any issues there. They connected quickly and easily. I love the presets and the ability to turn the intensity down so they aren't so noticeable in the office. I have found the timer a little hit & miss. Sometimes it works, others not and I had one occasion where one turned off then, almost a minute later, the other. I think that could be related to connection issues though as I found mine disconnecting a few times while sat at my desk in the office and less than 1/2 a metre between my phone and the Touchpoints. Overall I am very happy I purchased them. They work for me so will be getting a lot of use in the office in particular. Thank you The Touchpoint Solution :)

★★☆☆☆ This app + device would be very useful if it was reliable. I tried to use this app twice this week with clients and both times I was forced to do an update of the software. I finally set the Touchpoints aside and did something different with the clients. When they work, Touchpoints are great. When the software updates several times a week and I can't trust that the Touchpoints will work, then it is very frustrating and not worth it.

★★☆☆☆ I don't see how they could have done any worse. I got duped into buying this at a conference in a hurry, thinking I was leaving with a product only to find out that it was going to be an unknown number of weeks before I saw anything. I finally have the hardware that supposed to work without a nap but did absolutely nothing but sit there with a green flashing light until I installed the app. The app then took a good 10 minutes to connect an update the devices and now won't stay connected so rather than helping me relax and stay calm, it's pissing me the f*** off just trying to get it to do what it's meant to do. The research behind the theory may be solid, but the company and the product looks like another immature pie-in-the-sky company right now. I will definitely be looking for a return/refund. For all the other Geeks out there wondering if I'm just some ignorant consumer, I've been building kernels for Linux and Android for more time than most people have known what Android is. I've not only worked on the bleeding edge of virtual reality, but there was a time when I was writing directly to memory and dust free to build my own Graphics routines. Also, I'm testing on a pixel 2.

★★☆☆☆ Update: I'm beginning to hate the originals I bought. Everytime I'm ticked off and try to use these they never connect, they just blink green and the app constantly searches. There are no instructions what a blinking green light means and I ultamitly end completely enraged that these outrageously expensive devices have worked for all of 1 day before never working again, Rather than calm and stress reduced. -------- It's annoying that I can't get into the app to review statistics or my stress profile without first connecting my touchpionts. Fix this and my rating would go up to 4 or 5.
