★★★★★ Boy I thought the last app they did was bad but this one is so bad I have been locked out for over 2 days I've had so many Security numbers they have given me that are 13 numbers long or so and even those I can't get into my banking it's the worst ever why do they get to keep jacking with something that works I hate the layout it's terrible thank you

★★☆☆☆ Constant login problems. Biometrics are currently broken, and force you to use a password. If you enter your password wrong more than twice they lock your account. Can't choose a password that was previously used forcing you to forget the password or have to write it down. The old app had a much better user experience and never had any problems. UI feels really clunky and navigation is annoying.

★★☆☆☆ App is broken. Since the update, I have to change my password every time I want to log in. It locks my account for no reason. I know what my password is, because I have to change it EVERY TIME! Fix this garbage app.

★★☆☆☆ It's terrible to navigate. I'm trying to make a mobile deposit into my checking account. The mobile app downloaded doesn't have a mobile deposit site to click on it.
