This is a very good app in order to view your info and to make transfers of money or pay local bills. You can not make deposit at atms, so how can to do it on an app?

The Debit Rewards is broken. I've used my Debit Card at places, such as Turbo Tax Online, McAlister's Deli and Moe's Southwest Grill, and the rewards never showed up as 'Rewards Earned' nor deposited until three months later.

Says run update but not given update button on Uninstall or Open. How do I update without deleting and redownloading

I have used this app for years but a few weeks ago I began having issues with mobile deposit. I have made sure I have the latest version, permission is allowed for camera and reinstalled app ....still not working. Help please

Can no longer log in to the app. I'm guessing it's incompatible with the new Android 9 OS update/upgrade. Or perhaps it's something just buggered on their end? I do nearly all my banking through this app, so this is a pretty big detriment.

Doesn't work any longer...service error 404. I can't buy a new computer just because 1 bank won't work with my tablet. It's worked for years and now it doesn't.

I can no longer get this app, I uninstalled it in December 2024 or January 2025 because I need the storage space but now when I went in to get the app it's saying my phone isn't compatible with this version, I haven't switched phones I have the same phone, so why can't I get the app.
