Easiest banking app I have ever used (used 4 total). Straight forward and includes so much information. You can plan a budget and watch how closely you stick to it. Label your purchases, use credit unions across the United States to send, transfer or deposit money. The staff are all very professional and helpful if you need to call them.

The new app, while technically better than the old one, really isn't any more useful. Also, from what I understand, they still charge 28 "overcharge coverage" which is just theft. Instead of building overpriced cookie cutter buildings and wasting money on not needed app features that you pass the price onto your customers, just invest it in your customers directly.

In android the widget does not work. It prompts me to log in, but crashes the app if you try to "choose an account" in widget.

Blocked logins on my VPN through a USA based server are so annoying... but if you set your connection to a foreign country outside the USA, then it lets you log in.... strange security protocols... 🤔

Overall with the app and the bank itself hasn't been a good experience. The app now won't let me use an outside account to make payments no matter how many times I verify the account. Their support team and regular staff have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone if you want to be treated like a human being.
