This is the one Credit Union that anyone should be a member of! They're always ready to give the best service and most accurate information possible! But what I am going to call PHENOMENAL, is the leadership flows through every employee. You can tell there's a TOP NOTCH training program and these wonderful employees always check their coat at the doors! Smiles are contagious when you walk through any Summit Credit Union door! Immediate help and/or acknowledgement by any associate makes it home!

Can't deposit checks anymore. The old app sucked too, but at least it was functional. I love Summit Credit Union as a financial institution, but the app (old and new) is not acceptable. It's the only reason I don't use them as a primary bank.

I have been using this app since before the update. There are good changes & bad changes, overall the app took a turn for the worst. We used to see the day-2-day changes over several months & could map out a budget however far into the future we wished. Now you only get to see a graph of up to a month, & the AI being used to aggregated spending and income keywords constantly messes with the posted budget. Also, it doesn't always update "add event" costs/income when you post them.

Can't rearrange your accounts in an order that makes sense. Won't let you deposit checks into accounts that are yours. This was especially frustrating because I used to deposit checks directly into my checking account, but now I have to deposit it into my wife's. They take forever to complete a payoff from another bank. It's been weeks now, and they still haven't acknowledged that. The payoff has happened while still collecting interest. Used to be a local credit union now corporate junk.
