If you are looking for an exchange, it works exactly as an average bank. If you are looking for their loan service, forget about it. Slow, it takes more than 24h to confirm. You cannot cancel it while they are "reviewing". There are no good contact channels between customers and business, and even if you email them, they take hours (if not a day) to answer without addressing your problem. This is the first time in my life that I see an Aussie business doing worse than the Chinese exchanges.

I've had a pending transaction for over a week. No help. Except for giving us more information on the transaction. It's the only transaction on my account!!!!
