A great experience so far. I've been on Figure Market for a couple of weeks and everything has been smooth. KYC was done in less than 24 hours. Deposits are available for trading right after you start them. The lending feature is a great way to earn yield, and it's very fast to get in and out of a position. I've bought crypto with no commission and can confirm the spreads are minimal. Plus, their customer service actually replies quickly to emails.

DO NOT DEPOSIT. Sent $5 here for an offer on a site. Minimum amount for lending is $10. So I sent another $5. Solano. The first time I received 5 and only 4.99 the second time even thouhj I sent an extra penny both times to be safe. Trading back and forth on platform to join lending pool, and now I'm at 9.90. Money just keeps disappearing every trade. Decided to cut my losses and pull out, but now it says there is a 4-day hold on selling their currency in app. They are thieves. Read reviews. Fake

Wasted a decent amount of time jumping through all the hoops just to be told "you have been denied. Know that this decision is final. We cannot provide you with further explanation." I would appreciate further explanation to be honest. I use etoro, kraken, public and FNUD daily. Figure was recommended to me as a superior alternative to kraken and etoro and the ability to consolidate a decent percentage of my portfolio would be ideal.

They replied to me that my kyc was invalid. That my passport wasn't right. HUH???? I don't even have a passport. And I am going to trust them with my money! It's a shame that more exchanges don't allow the U.S. to trade, it figures that we get stuck with all these clowns while the rest of the world gets to trade on the good exchanges.
