I've tried a number of text apps for my Samsung Galaxy S24. Mezo SMS premium stands out by blocking spam texts from politicians and others. You can block spam texts by AI and keyword filters, I use the word "stop" which is at the end of spam texts. Currently, I'm looking for work, so I check the blocked text messages a few times a day to make sure I didn't miss an important message. It's worth the price for premium because it works!

Ok, it works. But, it sets spam texts as "New" messages, so I'm still alerted. I DON'T WANT to be alerted of SPAM texts, at all! Second, this app has issues sending MMS. If I switch to Google Messages, the same MMS goes through. Eh, not impressed. 🫤

This app is unsafe, it's run by Indian scammers. It takes screenshots of text messages with your Mum in the background without your permission and uploads them on the internet. I don't send text messages to my mum, we only talk. Last night it picked my mum's contact, opened the Mezo app messages, took a screenshot of messages with my mum, of course there were blank, that's why I noticed weird screenshots I didn't take. This app needs to be reported to Google for removal from the app store
