Tonelva is a blood pressure diary for people who measure at home. You enter the readings from your own cuff in three taps, and Tonelva keeps a clear, private blood pressure log - color-coded by published reference categories, with trends and a doctor-ready PDF report. No account, no sign-up, nothing leaves your device.

Tonelva does not measure your blood pressure. You take your readings with your own arm cuff, and Tonelva keeps the record for you.

THREE-TAP LOG

Systolic, diastolic, pulse - big numerals, a calm number pad, and you are done. Add the arm, a tag, or a note if you want; skip them on the fast path. Your blood pressure log history is unlimited and free, forever.

REFERENCE CATEGORIES

Every reading is placed in a published reference category - ACC/AHA or ESC/ESH, whichever your doctor uses - with a calm color zone. These are general published classifications shown for reference, not personal advice or a diagnosis.

TRENDS AND INSIGHTS

See your morning and evening averages, your mean arterial pressure and pulse pressure, and how your readings are distributed across categories over 7, 30, or 90 days.

PDF REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR

Turn any date range into a clean, printable PDF - the reading table, a chart, and your averages - to bring to your next appointment. Export a CSV too, for your own records.

REMINDERS

Set a gentle morning and evening reminder to log your reading, and your own medication reminders with labels you choose.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

There is no account and no server. Your blood pressure diary stays on your device, and Tonelva uses no analytics or tracking SDKs. Your PDF and CSV leave only when you share them yourself.
